Goan dry clams

Dry clams 





Ingredients 

2 parts teesryo (clam shells)

2 large spoon cooking oil

1/2 tspn mustard seeds

2 strips curry leaves 

2 finely chopped onions 

6-7 crushed garlic

2 chopped tomatoes 

2 tspn goan xacuti masala 

1/2 tspn turmeric powder 

1-2 tspn chilli powder 

1/2 coconut (sraped )

Instructions 
Wash and clean shell fish well

Add a oil in a pan.

When it's hot add mustard seeds and curry leaves .

Then add finely chopped onion and cook until it turns brown 

Then add 6-7 crushed garlic and fry for 1 more minute 

Add 2 chopped tomatoes .

Then add your shell fish,water and salt and let it cook for 1-2 minutes 

Add xacuti masala, turmeric powder and chillipowder.

Mix it well and add the coconut .

Lower the flame and cook till the water dries.
