Masala fried fish Shallow frying is always good because less oil is used. Here I have come up with very simple recipe.  Ingredients  Fish (any fish.) Chilly paste  Chilly paste is made by mixing chilli powder, vinegar, turmeric powder, water and salt.  Oil  Instructions  Take a pan and add some oil . Take a fish and add masala  Put that masala very well  Then keep the fish in the pan  Let it cook till it fries properly. Then serve with rice .

Dry clams  Ingredients  2 parts teesryo (clam shells) 2 large spoon cooking oil 1/2 tspn mustard seeds 2 strips curry leaves  2 finely chopped onions  6-7 crushed garlic 2 chopped tomatoes  2 tspn goan xacuti masala  1/2 tspn turmeric powder  1-2 tspn chilli powder  1/2 coconut (sraped ) Instructions  Wash and clean shell fish well Add a oil in a pan. When it's hot add mustard seeds and curry leaves . Then add finely chopped onion and cook until it turns brown  Then add 6-7 crushed garlic and fry for 1 more minute  Add 2 chopped tomatoes . Then add your shell fish,water and salt and let it cook for 1-2 minutes  Add xacuti masala, turmeric powder and chillipowder. Mix it well and add the coconut . Spicy coconut crab curry Crabs are very crunchy. ...though they are very hard to bite but yet we enjoy eating ..following is my favourite crab recipe. ..try it at home Ingredients  6 medium mud crabs (cleaned ) Dry red chillies  Peppercorns  Cloves 2 tbspn Coriander seeds  Piece of ginger  Garlic cloves 1/2 fresh coconut grated  2 medium onion finely chopped  Few curry leaves  2 tbspn turmeric pulp Oil  Salt  Instructions  Heat the pan and toast the coconut for a minute  Add spices Cool it and then grind it in food processor  Add turmeric ginger garlic and grind further  Heat oil in a pan and throw curry leaves and onion  When onion turns golden.. add spices paste and Saute for a minute  Add tamarind pulp green chillies and also water Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes  Health benefits of eating crabs  ...

Chicken masala fry This is a unique chicken dish which is my all time favourite and I know you will also enjoy if you follow the following instructions.  Ingredients  Chicken (cleaned well) Turmeric powder  Coriander leaves  Ginger  Garlic  Lemon  2 onions (finely chopped) Chillies  Ginger /garlic paste Red chilli powder  Garam masala  Salt to taste   Chili sauce  Soya sauce  Chicken masala  Oil  Instructions  Heat oil in a frying pan Add the marinated chicken into the pan  Cover it for 10 minutes  Add all the spices and cover it for some while until the whole chicken get nicely cooked.  Garnish and serve with rice.  Health benefits  Rich in protein  Good for heart  Promotes eye health  Prevents bone loss Control blood pressure  ...

Prawns pepper fry  Prawns pepper fry is very simple and delicious and it is quite easy to make. Prawns are always my favourite sea food and it has a unique taste and absorbs all the seasoning added to it.  This pepper prawns are made with less spices and I have not added any chilli powder instead I have added only pepper powder to enjoy the fullness of taste.  Ingredients  1/2 kg prawns /shrimp  For grinding  1 tbsp pepper corns  1 tspn cumin seeds For pepper prawns 3 tbsp oil 1 inch cinnamon stick  2 cardamom pods 3 cloves  2 dry red chillies  2 onions  1 tbsp ginger garlic paste  1/4 tspn turmeric powder  1 tspn garam masala  3 green chillies  Salt to taste  1 tbsp roasted chana dal  Water  Curry leaves  Instructions  1. grind pepper and cumin  2. Squid masala fry Here is the recipe of yummy squid masala that goes well with rice. 1. 500 gms squid (cleaned and cut         into small pieces ) 2. 3 sprigs curry leaves 3. 2 onions chopped 4. 2 tomatoes chopped 5. 2 teaspoon  ginger garlic paste 6. 1/4 tspn cardamon powder 7. 1/2 tspn pepper powder 8. 1/2 tspn cinnamon powder 9. 2 corriander leaves 10. 1 tspn chilli powder 11. 1/2 tspn turmeric powder 12. 1/2 tspn garam masala 13.
