  1. Squid masala fry



Here is the recipe of yummy squid masala that goes well with rice.

1. 500 gms squid (cleaned and cut         into small pieces )
2. 3 sprigs curry leaves
3. 2 onions chopped
4. 2 tomatoes chopped
5. 2 teaspoon  ginger garlic paste
6. 1/4 tspn cardamon powder
7. 1/2 tspn pepper powder
8. 1/2 tspn cinnamon powder
9. 2 corriander leaves
10. 1 tspn chilli powder
11. 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
12. 1/2 tspn garam masala
13. Salt to taste


Instructions 
1.Heat oil in a pan.
2.Add Curry leaves followed by chopped onion 
3.Saute till they turn almost brown in colour 
4. Add the ginger garlic paste and cook till the raw smell goes
5. Add all the spice powders and Saute for a minute 
6. Add the squid and mix well
7. Cover and cook for a minute 
9. Add salt
10. No need to add water as the squid will release its juices when it starts to cook 
11. Remove the lid and cool till the water content  evaporates completely and the squid is done.
12. Transfer to a serving dish and serve with rice..
